A fully qualified solicitor will contact you to review the claim form your completed claim form and then submit the claim on your behalf. As part of the claim form we will ask you to authorise us to act on your behalf (letter of authority) and to accept a "Damages Based Agreement" which will allow us to handle your claim on a no win no fee basis. Only when the claim is successful and your PPI payment has been approved, will we deduct our fee of 20% of the total payment. In short, we will not charge you a single penny unless we are successful in achieving a refund payment from the bank or lender. If your claim is rejected but we believe that the bank or lender has acted unreasonably in rejecting your claim then, with your permission, we will appeal the outcome to the Financial Ombudsman. Once again, we will not make any charges in advance of the outcome of the appeal, you will only face a bill if the outcome of the appeal results a payment being approved. Our fee following an appeal will be 25% of the total payment. In the unlikely event that your claim is unsuccessful, even after appeal, you will not have incurred any cost whatsoever. We will not pass your data to any third party.
