no money up front... it's just not our style

For applications to the UK Border Agency, we will send you a bill once we have prepared your application and submitted the documents to the Home Office. If we are acting on your behalf in an appeal, we will ask you to pay our costs and the barrister's fees a few days before the appeal hearing, after we have prepared your case and instructed a barrister to act on your behalf.

Basically, we don't ask you to pay us until we have done the actual work you want and expect us to do. When it comes to how much we charge, check out our fees page. We're very proud of the fact that we are renowned for our transparency on the issue of fees. Having worked at every level of immigration law for over 13 years, we can predict with some confidence the amount of time it will take us to prepare your case and on that basis, we can tell you clearly how much it will cost you.

We are big believers in charging fixed fees, which will be explained to you clearly before we start
acting for you. There are no hourly rates so no nasty surprises when you get your bill. We are quite
aware that one of the reasons people come to see us is because we are straightforward and fair
when it comes to charging our clients for the work that we do. See how our prices compare...
