How do I make my claim?
There are 3 types of claim that you can make:
Firstly you have tried to use your PPI but the bank or other lender has rejected your claim because of some exclusion clause in the so-called "small print" in the policy.
Secondly, PPI has been mis-sold, this might be the case if, for example:You did not realise you were taking out the PPI policy or you did not really want it, or, you bought PPI not really understanding how it worked, as it was not properly explained. You may have bought it not understanding that it was unsuitable for you
Thirdly, you may have paid your PPI upfront in a "one-off" payment and then paid off your loan or mortgage but have been unable to recover your full entitlement.
Even if you have claimed on your PPI policy, repaid your loan or cancelled your credit cards you may still be eligible for a considerable payment. All you need to do is to click the link and complete the 10 minute online questionnaire, Ask Solicitors will do the rest! Alternatively, call 01706, 217774 to speak to a fully qualified solicitor.
